On Tuesday afternoon, a 2-year-old child is dead and his father is taken into custody after a crash in Bucks County.

Police said that this incident took place when suspect Christopher Kuhn, of Hamilton, has stolen speakers from Wal-Mart store for a television set.

He was fleeing away from the store with his 2-year-old son; he got into the crash with another vehicle. His son was thrown out of the vehicle during this collision; the child was immediately taken to the area hospital but didn’t survive.

Police said that Kuhn escaped from the crash, but he was caught by police at a short distance. He is charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle and theft.
